Three pathways, three different files

NCAA the school sends it

It's the school itself, never the student, that sends the file to ec-processing@ncaa.org, from an official school address: a personal address (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) is rejected outright.

We prepare the document the school only has to forward as is: a single PDF with each transcript followed by its certified translation, ready to attach as one file.

NAIA the student uploads it

Unlike the NCAA, it's the student who uploads their own documents to InCred (incredevals.org), the NAIA's evaluation service. The school doesn't take part.

It's a more open path, it doesn't wait on anyone: InCred asks for the original language and the English translation. We provide both, with a certificate of accuracy that leaves no room for doubt.

NJCAA & CCCAA junior college pathway

The junior college pathway, often a stepping stone toward the NCAA or NAIA after a year or two. The NJCAA covers the rest of the country; in California, it's the community colleges affiliated with the CCCAA, a separate association, that handle eligibility.

Exact submission procedure to be confirmed with the same precision as NCAA/NAIA before publishing.

What that means for you

We don't just translate what you send us. A missing transcript, an unreadable page, an incomplete file: we're the ones who follow up with the athlete directly, not you. You don't have to chase documents or act as a go-between with the translator: we take that on, until the file is complete and ready to send to the NCAA, the NAIA, or the relevant junior college pathway.

Partner rate

The public price is 25 € per page. Partner agencies get a negotiated rate based on the number of files they send over a year: tell us how many you expect and we will make you an offer.
