Is the price per page really everything?
Yes. The price covers the translation of one page in any language pair, the certificate of translation accuracy, and delivery of the signed PDF by email. Pricing is per page: a double-sided report card counts as two, and the total is shown before you pay anything.
How long does it take?
Within 24 to 48 business hours once payment is received and the documents are legible. A confirmation email is sent as soon as you upload.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF and photos, up to 10 MB per file. A sharp, well-framed phone photo is enough — no scanner required.
Will my university accept it?
Most institutions ask for a complete and accurate English translation accompanied by a certificate of accuracy, which is exactly what we deliver. Requirements vary, so check your institution’s page — and if it asks for something specific, tell us before you order.
